What We Offer //

Our Services

RMT Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapist is highly skilled, with many years of experience treating a variety of issues and patients.

Whether you are experiencing chronic or acute aches and pains, muscle tension or sport related injury, our RMT can use a variety of techniques (such as deep tissue massage, stretching and joint play) to help you feel better.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are primary health care practitioners who are experts in the science of movement.

Physiotherapy will include an assessment to find the root cause of your injury or complaint.

Treatment may consist of education, manual therapy, modalities including dry needling, acupuncture, light therapy, taping, fascial treatment, and exercise prescription. Your physiotherapist will work with you to develop a specific treatment plan suited to your goals and needs.

Chiropractic

Through a detailed consultation and thorough physical exam, our chiropractor can help determine the cause of your pain or dysfunction, and will work with you to create an action plan that you can manage.

Chiropractic treatments include joint manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapy in supporting the joints, rehabilitation, and individualized exercises and lifestyle advice to restore proper function, enhance healing, and reduce pain. Chiro can give further advice on injury prevention, so you can keep moving!

Functional Range Assessment

FRA is an extensive assessment of the patient’s useable range of motion at each joint.

During the assessment we will be measuring the degrees of motion an individual has at the shoulder, hips, knee, elbow, wrist, ankle, toes and spine. From this, we can understand how the patient moves and determine if they have enough range of motion to safely achieve their daily tasks and workout routines.

If areas are identified as needing more range of motion, we will design a program for you in order to improve your joints mobility and the overall health of that joint.

Benefits Coverage
